Andrew C. Smith is a Principal located in the Tampa, Florida office. Andrew has been with Mumford Company since 2012 in various roles, including analyst, associate, senior associate, and vice president of the Washington DC office. Andrew has been involved in the sale, valuation analysis and market research of over 300 properties. He has personally completed transactions in 13 different states. Andrew has a wide range of experience in the disposition of hotel real estate. Clients have included individual owner operators, corporate, and institutional investors. He has also been integral in transforming the analytical data review platform into a working process to give the firm’s clients the industry’s most accurate market pricing model.
A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Pamplin College of Business, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Since graduating, Andrew has returned to campus to sit on alumni panels, visit classes, and serve on the Pamplin Recent Alumni Board.
